    Interesting & very …
Interesting & very informative. Good for you for picking up the mango in the Inniskillen icewine. For comparative purposes, please include the very fine icewine produced by Pelee Island Winery - imagine icewine from Canada’s southern-most peninsula. Just one picky little point: “Pelham” is pronounced “Pellum” - the h is silent. Pelham estate winery is in the Niagara region - as is Strewn winery, some of whose products bear inspection. Well done.
