I love ice wine. I sip it after dinner as a dessert. I was delighted to find this wine at the reasonable price of $19.99. This wine earned the Wine Spectators score of 91 points. Wiford Wong rates it as a 90.

Eiswein or "iceWine"?

Does anyone know a cocktail or martini recipe that involves Eiswein or Icewine.
I found a few and I didn't even know they existed. Personally I wouldn't do it, Icewine itself is such a rare treat I wouldn't want to obscure it's qualities with other ingredients…but ti each his own.
